My name is Stephanie Graupmann and I am pleased to present my Professional Portfolio, showcasing 25+ years working in the non-profit, corporate, and educational sectors. It is my desire to apply these experiences to learning and development and program management settings. I seek to collect and analyze data to create quality instruction and programs that can in turn provide an enhanced learning experience to the target audience, children, adolescents, and adults alike. I also bring skills of organization, program development, financial management, creativity, solution-focused problem solving, collaboration, and cross-cultural experience to my work.

I believe that everyone has a right to a quality education, and that lifelong learning can only improve community bonds and, ultimately, impact the lives of others. My counseling, teaching and learning style relies upon inquiry, curiosity, storytelling, and reflection, with an emphasis on the systems surrounding the whole person. I excel in:

- analyzing data to determine needs and establish systemic programs,
- coaching staff and stakeholders through constant analysis and feedback,
- creating and delivering effective in-person and virtual training,
