My name is Stephanie Graupmann and I am pleased to present my Professional Portfolio, showcasing 25+ years working in the non-profit, corporate, and educational sectors. It is my desire to apply these experiences to learning and development and program management. I seek to collect and analyze data to create quality instruction and programs that can in turn provide an enhanced learning experience to the target audience. I believe that everyone has a right to a quality education, and that lifelong learning can only improve quality of life, community bonds and, ultimately, impact the bottom line. My teaching and learning style relies upon inquiry, curiosity, storytelling, and reflection, with an emphasis on the systems surrounding the whole person. I excel in:
