My name is Stephanie Graupmann and I am pleased to present my Professional Portfolio, showcasing my work as an educator! I hope that you will clearly see my passion for supporting the academic and social/ emotional needs of all learners. I collaborate with educators, families, community members and learners to provide an effective and comprehensive learning experience.

My years of experience as a teacher, mentor, clinical counselor, supervisor, non-profit coordinator, and world traveler combine to make me uniquely qualified to be a Professional Educator.

My style relies upon inquiry, curiosity, play, balance, and reflection, with an emphasis on the systems surrounding the whole person. I excel in:
  • developing lasting connections with stakeholders,
  • creating a safe space for all learners,
  • coaching learners both individually and in small groups,
  • analyzing data to determine needs and establish systemic programs,
  • creating and delivering effective social emotional classroom and virtual lessons,
  • collaborating with teams to prioritize needs and create intensive support plans, and
  • fostering an appreciation for the unique contributions of diverse people.

Please take the time to look through the rest of this portfolio, evidence of my work as an educator and in previous professional and volunteer experiences. I look forward to sharing with you about my role:
leader, advocate, teacher, consultant, and- of course- educator.
