- Developed a Comprehensive Counseling Program for approximately 180 students in grades PreK3 to Grade 5.
- Taught social emotional classroom lessons within an 8 day cycle to students in KG to Grade 5.
- Developed a full scope and sequence document for social emotional instruction for Grades KG to 5, aligned to both American (CASEL) and International (ISCA) standards.
- Served as the Student Support Team Coordinator, working with a strong team to support students.
- Provided 8-12 small groups per semester regarding friendship, self-management, anxiety, and other topics.

- Regularly attended professional development classes and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices for counselors.
